You can use the system to answer common questions and get information about your case such as: payment history, case balances, case status, and enforcement actions. The system will also provide general office information such as: office location, mailing address, phone and fax numbers, office hours and services provided. The Child Support Automated Information System can be used by either parent, other custodial parties or agencies. You can use the system 24 hours a day, seven days a week to find out information, on your case. Using the Child Support Automated Information System allows the local child support agency to serve more and to provide faster service to the public. To use the Child Support Automated Information System, you must use a touch tone phone. The system will greet you with a menu of available choices. Simply listen and select the menu option you want by pressing the correct button on your phone. you must have your social security number and participant number to access case level information.
