CHILDREN'S SERVICES:

iMMUNIZATION & LEAD SCREENING CLINICS. Bring your records with you. Duplicates will cost $2 each. The Health Department advises all families who have a private physician to remain under his care. Immunications are $5 per chid/$10 per family or Medi-Cal for children and adolescents 0 - 18 years of age. Fingerstick lead screenings are availble for children 1-5 years of age with Medi-Cal.

PREVENTATIVE HEALTH CARE for ADULTS

This program is offered through the Kings County Health Department. The clinics are scheduled at various Senior Sites throughout the county. A Public Health Nurse provides Health Screenings and referrals. There is no charge for these services. The only requirement is that the persons who are interested in these services are Kings County residents, 50 years of age or older.
