The San Joaquin Valley received a second year Regional Blueprint Planning Grant of $1.95 million, to be shared among Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, Merced, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, and Tulare Counties. The Blueprint Planning Grant will be used to develop both individual county visions and a San Joaquin Valley Regional vision. The blueprints visions will integrate land use, housing, economic development, and transportation to guide growth in California's fastest growing region.
