In-Home Supportive Services/Waiver Personal Care Services (IHSS/WPCS) Providers & Recipients in California counties have the option to use the Electronic Timesheet System (ETS). All online services are available to you through the Electronic Services Portal (link to: http://www.cdss.ca.gov/inforesources/ESPhelp) Using the Electronic Services Portal (ESP) reduces the wait time between mailing a timesheet at the end of a pay period and when the check is delivered.
